The Iowa Finance Authority is pleased to recognize the top Iowa lenders from throughout the state for their efforts in assisting first-time and repeat home buyers through Iowa Finance Authority's programs in 2017.
In 2017, local lenders assisted a total of 2,300 Iowans in purchasing a home using Iowa Finance Authority programs, the most assisted in a single year since 2008.
Ruhl Mortgage has achieved the status of Iowa Finance Authority 2017 Bronze Level Lender. Ruhl Mortgage in partnership with the Iowa Finance Authority assisted 64 homebuyers with total closed loan volume of $7,106,446 for calendar year 2017. The Bronze Level Lender Award recognizes partners with closed loan volume above $5 million and below $10 million.

DES MOINES – The Iowa Finance Authority recently recognized the top Iowa lenders from throughout the state for their efforts in advancing affordable homeownership through the Iowa Finance Authority’s programs in calendar year 2016.
The Iowa Finance Authority offers affordable mortgage and down payment assistance programs for eligible home buyers through a network of Participating Lenders. In 2016, local lenders assisted a total of more than 2,300 Iowans in purchasing a home using Iowa Finance Authority programs.
In addition, the Iowa Finance Authority jointly administers the Military Homeownership Assistance Program in partnership with the Iowa Department of Veterans Affairs. This program offers eligible service members and veterans a $5,000 down payment assistance grant. More information about these programs is available at IowaFinanceAuthority.gov.
